Just asking how do i submit art? 
Well first you have to be on a computer, and a member. Second there should be a blue bar at the top of the group page with a contribute art button. Click that and you should be able to do it from there.
I'm always on a computer, and a member, but the only thing at the top of the page on the blue bar is 'Contribute Favourites'
I think the mode is that only you can contribute freely without having to ask
I'll fix that later today then.
